Republicans aren’t the only ones who are hitting the road this week.
Democratic leaders also will fly around the state this weekend, visiting campaign offices and holding rallies, as they try to get out the vote for Tuesday’s legislative elections.
Sens. Mark Warner, former governor Tim Kaine, chairman of the Democratic Party of Virginia, Brian Moran, and former U.S. Rep. Tom Perriello will appear in most regions of the state. Sen. Jim Webb, Reps. Jim Moran and Gerry Connolly, and former gubernatorial candidate chairman of the Democratic National Committee candidate, Terry McAuliffe, will attend events in Northern Virginia.
